Measure your finger circumference (the middle knuckle) preferable using a  measure tape.
Make sure it doesn't stretch while measuring.
Note that fingers tend to be smaller in cold weather and larger when it's warm.
The ring should fit comfortably on your finger, not too tight and not too loose.
